In this type of business, the parent company distributes a product - MXI's healthy chocolate in this case - through a network of independent sellers, rather than through stores. Each seller/participant teaches others about Xocai chocolate, and helps them in turn educate others to start their own chocolate businesses. Thus a team is formed. Each business-owner is really an educator and spokesperson for Xocai. Income is a portion of sales from the entire team. There is minimal overhead, and no inventory as the chocolate is shipped directly from the parent company. Every team member is self-directed, not an employee, and as a home-business owner may be eligible for tax deductions.
About MXI Corporation: In the past I was skeptical about network marketing: in the health field I saw poor quality, over-priced products. Xocai, however, took me by surprise: It is an outstanding line of health foods, and the parent company MXI is solid and research-driven.
